Software Licensing Counsel

We are seeking a highly skilled legal professional to join our Technology and Innovation Group in Dublin.

  • This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented lawyer to work with a diverse range of clients across various industries, including technology, financial services, life sciences, and data sectors.
Key Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will have the opportunity to advise on IT, IP, data privacy, fintech, outsourcing, and commercial contracts.
  • Counseling clients on data protection, privacy, cyber security, and GDPR matters.
  • Reviewing and negotiating software licensing agreements.
  • Regulating novel technologies and confidentiality.
  • Counseling on eSignatures, consumer protection, and eCommerce.
Requirements
  • The ideal candidate will have 2+ years PQE experience as a technology lawyer.
  • Experience in data privacy, IP, and technology contracts.
  • Ability to work with clients in multiple jurisdictions.
