As part of our Commercial Risk business, we are seeking an Operations Analyst to join our diverse and dynamic team. This role will provide support to our clients, members, and colleagues across our Risk Capital business. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for process improvement.

Main Responsibilities
The Operations Analyst will be responsible for working within an existing team to deliver high-quality services to internal and external customers. Key responsibilities will include:

• Contributing to process improvement initiatives using the latest technology
• Working with large data sets in Excel and other systems
• Delivering accurate and timely reports related to operational activities
• Documenting processes and procedures to ensure seamless workflow
• Participating in projects and initiatives as required

Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Experience in a fast-paced office or professional services environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collate and share information effectively
• Proven ability to take initiative and adapt to a changing environment
• Degree or relevant qualification in Business, Financial Services, or equivalent fields
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with high-volume data
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
