We are seeking an experienced ETF Operations Testing Lead to join our team at J.P. Morgan's Dublin Branch. As a key member of the Global ETF Testing Team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the company's hedge in the Exchange Traded Funds (ETF) area by collaborating with teams in ETF product, ETF operations, ETF Technology, and testing.
The successful candidate will have significant experience in ETF, fund accounting, or custody, with a proven track record of project management, leadership, and collaboration. You will be responsible for leading the ETF Platform release program QA testing, managing global client Joint User Acceptance Testing (JUAT), and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Responsibilities
- Lead ETF Platform release program QA testing in coordination with the product team, technology team, and operation team.
- Manage global client Joint User Acceptance Testing (JUAT) in coordination with various clients.
- Build strong and collaborative relationships with internal & external senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills with a strategic approach to LOB development.
- Partner with various Operations Teams, Technology, Product, Sales, and Program Management.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 5+ years of experience in ETF, fund accounting, or custody.
- Project Management skillset and ability to multitask.
- Client service mindset with strong collaboration and communication skills with a flexible approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work in a results-driven environment with critical focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
