Compensation Consultant Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Compensation Consultant to join our Total Rewards team at Squarespace. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in compensation analysis and design.

About the Role
  • Analyze external benchmark data to create and maintain pay structures, including base and equity.
  • Evaluate existing roles and provide recommendations on new roles using internal and external data.
  • Provide consultation to senior business leaders on compensation expertise.
  • Create compelling presentations to educate partners on recommendations supporting their business strategies.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 10+ years of work experience in HR with 8+ years in compensation.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including writing macros and maintaining complex spreadsheets.
  • Experience with program modeling, design, and implementation, as well as HRIS management.
