Job Description

The Director will join our Portfolio & Fund Management Team, supporting the management of our firm's assets, financing facilities, and funds. Based in Dublin, this role offers a unique opportunity to work with an experienced team, leverage our resources, and contribute to the success of our organization.

You will be responsible for:

  • Asset Analysis: Determine optimal outcomes for returns by analyzing lease extensions, restructurings, new leases, and sales;
  • Liaising with other departments: Collaborate with trading, marketing, accounting, legal, and technical teams to obtain required information;
  • Ongoing maintenance: Update and appraise portfolio models regularly, ensuring accurate analysis and decision-making;
  • Preparation of approval memoranda: Develop key portfolio and asset decisions for review and approval;
  • Fund level modelling: Incorporate asset, liability, and fund-level cash flows into our modelling framework;
  • Financing: Prepare cash flows for banks and work on presentations for rating agencies and potential investors and lenders;
  • Dealing with ad hoc queries: Respond to requests from other parties and review materials, including offering documents and legal documentation;
  • Reporting & Investor Relations: Liaise with the accounting department on monthly collections, prepare and/or review distribution waterfalls, and ensure compliance with all covenants.
