A highly proactive Sales Administrator is required to drive sales and marketing projects. This role plays a pivotal part in increasing sales and brand awareness across an extensive product range.
Responsibilities- Strong communication and relationship building with customers to upsell/expand product offerings.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities with existing and new customers.
- Utilise CRM software for daily activities, project tracking, market and customer information.
This results-driven role involves:
- General sales administration, sales quotations, and sales order entry via an ERP system.
- Being the point of contact for after-sales/customer service support and liaising with External Sales/Quality department.
- Effectively communicating market findings and customer insights to the Sales/Marketing Team and management.
- Minimum 3 years' sales experience with a proven history of working to achieve sales targets.
- A third-level qualification in business, commerce, finance or a relevant field is advantageous.
- Experience using ERP and CRM systems and proficiency across the Microsoft suite.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with fluency in English, verbal and written essential.
- Time management and task prioritisation skills.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
