Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Manager to join our Transformation Delivery (TD) team at EY. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of large-scale transformation programmes and projects.

You will be working closely with our clients and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of complex programme activities, including business process design, testing, and end-user training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver large-scale transformation programmes and projects to time, cost, and quality;
  • Lead the delivery of major project and programme activities;
  • Build valued relationships with external clients and internal peers;
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality work products;
  • Act as a subject matter resource in one or more areas;
  • Contribute to thought leadership and drive improvements through engagement/account-level Quality & Risk Management (QRM) initiatives;
  • Support client account management activities;
  • Communicate effectively with EY senior management;
  • Build and motivate high-performing teams;
  • Understand EY's service offerings and identify opportunities to better serve clients;

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Approximately 5 years' experience in a management consulting or similar advisory role;
  • Approximately 10-15 years of project management experience;
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;
  • Good understanding of project governance and change management principles;
  • Additional professional qualifications, such as PRINCE2 or PMP, are desirable;
