As a key member of our product development team, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and excellence in the field of wound care and skin care products.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing new advanced Wound Care, Ostomy, Surgical / NPWT & Skincare Products. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Completing design and development deliverables in line with the company's planning process.
  • Coordinating internal testing reports, biocompatibility testing reports, and technical file development.
  • Attending and presenting projects at pipeline and gate reviews.
  • Prototyping new products and conducting internal and external reviews for design freeze.
  • Supporting regular meetings with customers and internal functional groups for projects.
Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have strong research and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. In addition, they will be responsible for:

  • Managing new product introduction projects.
  • Researching and sourcing materials.
  • Responsible for the full coordination of trials from scheduling to line clearance post-trial.
  • Developing product cost with finance.
  • Reviewing quality assurance of R&D documents.
  • Maintaining and improving the R&D laboratory.
  • Introducing new processes, including identification of new equipment and test methods.
