Our English language school offers a dynamic and supportive work environment where teachers can enhance their skills and contribute to the personal and professional growth of our students. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging English lessons in accordance with our teaching standards, stimulating student interest and confidence in learning the language.
• Prepare and deliver lesson plans as assigned by our Centre Director, ensuring accurate records are maintained and all required materials are available.
• Use recommended resources while respecting copyright requirements and providing feedback to students on their progress.
• Assist with the welcome and induction of students, complete class and attendance records, and report any concerns regarding students to the Centre Manager as appropriate.

Requirements:

• Primary Degree from a recognized third-level institution or university (minimum level 7 on the National Framework of Qualifications).
• A recognized ESL/EFL qualification in English Language Teaching approved by ACELS/QQI.
• Experience working with teenagers is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work well as part of a team, and an interest in other cultures.
• Professional appearance and Garda Vetting arranged through our school according to regulations governing the recognized language-school sector in Ireland.

Working Hours:
5 mornings per week - Monday to Friday (either 15 hours or 30 hours of teaching weekly depending on age-group taught)
Optional: Afternoon and/or evening/weekend work on the social and cultural programme as agreed with the Centre Manager.
