Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Sustainability Specialist to work on innovative, challenging projects with industry experts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage sustainability initiatives from concept to completion stage
  • Conduct LEED and/or BREEAM Assessments across commercial & industrial schemes
  • Apply current and proposed Sustainability related legislation (Building and Planning regulations)
  • Establish and maintain client relationships
  • Prepare comprehensive technical reports
Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture /Engineering/ Environmental/ Sustainability or related field
  • Qualifications in LEED AP BD&C Additional qualifications like LEED AP ID+C and/or BREEAM Assessor or BREEAM AP
  • At least 5 years' experience in a sustainability role
  • Minimum of 2-3 projects completed through to certification
  • Expertise in sustainable design practices and international experience desirable
