Key Responsibilities:

- Build strong relationships with clients.
- Plan and coordinate works.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Health & Safety regulations.
- Identify and mitigate programme risks.
Requirements:
- Third-level qualification in construction management.
- At least 10-15 years of experience in a senior role.
- Proven ability to deliver large-scale projects.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
