Job Title: Fundraising Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage the administration of subscriptions, handle cash and phone payments, and monitor stock levels.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage subscription renewals and cancellations;
    • Process donations and maintain accurate records;
  • Financial Transactions:
    • Process cash and credit card transactions;
    • Manage online donations and maintain accurate records;
  • Inventory Management:
    • Track inventory levels and manage stock replenishment;
    • Maintain accurate records of stock movements;

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in office administration or a similar role;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently with minimal supervision;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information;
