We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the reception area, operating a busy switchboard, coordinating meetings, and assisting with other administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent telephone etiquette, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external visitors.
- Operate the switchboard, answering all incoming calls in a friendly, timely, and polite manner.
- Manage the reception area, maintaining a tidy and professional environment.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, using Microsoft Office and other office software.
Essential Requirements:
- Prior experience in a reception or customer-facing role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
