Casino Cashier Assistant

Job Summary:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a clean and welcoming environment. You will ensure that all cash procedures are handled accurately and efficiently, while also meeting the banking requirements.

The role involves working two shifts per week, mostly on weekends. Due to the nature of the job, candidates must be over 20 years old.

You will receive support from the Manager/Operations Manager to align individual and company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Provide friendly and attentive service to customers at all times, ensuring correct change is given and current promotions/offers are communicated clearly.
• Reporting Issues: Report any repair or maintenance issues related to machinery.
• Cleaning Duties: Perform cleaning duties as directed by the supervisor or manager.
• Support Functions: Support with rostering, banking, and local marketing as requested by the Manager.
• Relationship Building: Build positive relationships with team members and customers, representing us professionally in the local community.
• Flexibility: Be flexible with work hours and available to cover additional shifts during colleagues' holidays.
• Liaising: Liaise with head office personnel as necessary.
• Training: Assist in training new staff in customer service, cash handling, and company policies.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.

Requirements:

• Age: Must be over 20 years old.
• Location: Candidates must be currently living in Ireland and allowed to work here.
