Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced BIM professional to join our team in a project management capacity. This role will involve providing BIM support, setup, maintenance, and federation for users/projects.

This individual can be based in our Dublin or Cork office and will have the opportunity to work on projects within the pharmaceutical, life sciences, mission-critical, and food & beverage sectors.

About the Role

As a BIM Model Manager, you will provide technical expertise in setting up and maintaining BIM projects, ensuring seamless integration with internal design teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain BIM project set-ups and administrative support for multi-discipline projects across multiple application platforms (AutoCAD, Revit, NavisWorks).
  • Coordinate BIM integration/interoperability efforts with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date BIM360 cloud models and reporting.
  • Provide technical assistance with BIM software installations and troubleshooting.
  • Oversee the coordination of 3rd party models and ensure timely delivery.
  • Facilitate clear communication across multiple discipline teams and ensure compliance with internal and client procedures.
Requirements
  • Ideal candidate possesses a Level 7+ qualification in a relevant field or 7+ years' experience in the industry.
  • Previous experience within the engineering/construction industry, particularly with medium to large capital projects, is advantageous.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
  • Proven experience in a technical and/or engineering space with a comprehensive understanding of project information management principles and applications.
