We are currently seeking a talented and experienced individual to fill the position of Traction Manager at TN Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our fresh food departments.
About the Position
The successful candidate will have a strong background in fresh food management, preferably with experience in a supervisory or management capacity. They should also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of employees.
Main Accountabilities
- Drive the growth and profitability of the fresh food departments through effective management and leadership.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty in the fresh food areas.
- Manage employee performance, including recruitment, training, and development.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to set and achieve sales targets and other KPIs.
- Communicate regularly with team members, providing updates and information on company initiatives and policies.
