**About the Role**
CREGG Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled Business Analyst/Product Owner to join our client, a leading software company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering IT products through their entire lifecycle, providing key inputs into IT product strategy and design, and being accountable for IT product operation and change. This is an Agile Squad role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage changes to IT products, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Manage self-contained, autonomous, cross-functional teams aligned to products, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance processes and procedures.
- Provide leadership to squads to deliver new software features and components, working closely with Product Managers and Project Managers to plan and produce deliverables.
- Develop and execute on both the product roadmap and technical strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Participate in all aspects of the software development life cycle, from research and evaluation to implementation and maintenance.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or similar field, with a strong understanding of software development principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in stakeholder management and team leadership.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of software delivery in a Change (Project) & Service Operation (Support) environment.
- Previous experience in an Agile/Scrum environment, with a solid technical background and hands-on experience in software development.
