Event Support Ambassador

We are seeking a seasoned Project Management Professional to represent us at the upcoming PMI National Conference as an Event Support Ambassador.

  • Represent us on our exhibition stand and engage with attendees, industry peers, and prospects to explain our services and value.
  • Answer questions about our offerings in the project delivery domains.
  • Support with logistics, handout distribution, and managing interactions.
  • Facilitate smooth visitor experience and gather insights/feedback where relevant.

This role is ideal for experienced professionals who are proud ambassadors of the discipline and want to contribute to the success of a standout exhibitor experience.

Here are some key responsibilities:

  1. Act as an on-stand brand ambassador and engage with attendees, industry peers, and prospects.
  2. Share knowledge and expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Prince2, etc.).
  3. Support logistics, including handout distribution and managing interactions.
  4. Ensure a smooth visitor experience and gather insights/feedback.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 5+ years experience in project, program or portfolio management (any industry).
  • Comfortable engaging with senior professionals and C-level attendees.
  • Confident communication and professional presence in fast-paced environments.
  • Good understanding of core project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Prince2, etc.).
  • Familiarity with governance, risk, compliance, or cybersecurity topics is a plus.
  • Warm, approachable, and solution-oriented personality.
  • Availability for full-day participation during the event.
