As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of strategic communications and marketing initiatives. This includes developing and implementing internal and external communications strategies, creating engaging consumer content, collaborating with departments to commission, develop, and edit materials, and managing social media platforms.

Scope of the RoleThis role is part of our Strategy, Regulatory Performance and Innovation Directorate and encompasses several key areas including internal communications, marketing, public affairs, safety promotion, website management, media relations, social media, publications, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and crisis management.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and implementation of communications strategies.
- Develop and deliver engaging consumer communications.
- Collaborate with departments to create and edit content.
- Manage social media platforms and analyze media coverage.
- Maintain media databases and conduct related research.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their applications.
