A Kitchen Specialist is needed for a busy operation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard.
Liaise with senior chefs on daily ordering, prices, and suppliers.
Minimize food wastage.
Train junior staff on recipes, presentation skills, and cooking techniques.
Contribute to new menus with ideas and assistance in cook-offs, recipe writing, and costing.
Maintain hygiene standards, safe working practices, and HACCP records throughout the kitchen and food areas.
Monitor equipment maintenance and report unsafe or broken equipment.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of high-end 4-star operational experience, creating outstanding food and banquet experience.
Valid work permit
Teamwork and passion for cooking, innovation, and menu variety.
Excellent hygiene and HACCP experience.
