The Role

As a Field Supervisor at Entegro, you'll be responsible for managing field-based teams and sub-contractors, ensuring delivery on schedule and within budget as agreed with clients and Entegro. You'll also be responsible for training and mentoring staff, providing technical solutions on FTTH deployments, and conducting site audits to ensure adherence to HSEQ and ISO standards. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities

- Manage field-based teams and sub-contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Train and mentor staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
- Provide technical solutions for FTTH deployments, including fibre splicing and installation
- Conduct site audits to confirm adherence to HSEQ and ISO standards
- Collaborate with logistics supervisors to provide crews with necessary stock and assets for daily tasks

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in a similar position
- Strong understanding of FTTH networks - backhaul, trunk, and distribution
- Technical qualification in fibre splicing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work to a high standard
- A high standard of written and spoken English
