Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the smooth running of the hotel outlets, ensuring that high standards are maintained at all times.
  • Work closely with owners to develop innovative marketing strategies and drive sales.
  • Ensure that back-of-house areas are running efficiently and effectively.
  • Lead the hotel team to maximize revenue and deliver excellent standards of service.
