Responsibilities:
- Answering and managing high volumes of phone calls from clients.
- Providing clear and concise information about our products and services.
- Escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve excellent customer service outcomes.
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
- At least one year's experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Availability to work a 39-hour week, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays and bank holidays.
- Private transportation required.
