Signal Processing Electrical Engineer

We are seeking an experienced electrical engineer to join our Energy Software Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing edge signal processing algorithms in constrained embedded systems.
You will work closely with stakeholders to define and understand product requirements, and collaborate with system architects, algorithm engineers, digital and analog designers to optimize algorithm implementation across hardware and software.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics, electrical or computer science, and at least 15 years of experience in designing and developing embedded software in C/C++ Language.
In this role, you will lead the development of edge processing algorithms, including defining architecture and low-level design, test and verification strategies, and leading implementation teams.
Mentorship is also an essential part of this role, as you will guide junior engineers to acquire necessary skill sets for successful project execution.

- Strong technical leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment
- Familiarity with RTOS such as Zephyr, ThreadX, FreeRTOS
- Experience with ARM Cortex microcontrollers and CMSIS
