Senior Social Services Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual to fill the role of Senior Social Services Director. This position is responsible for managing and coordinating the delivery of day services, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in healthcare, with a strong background in social care leadership. They will be responsible for implementing New Directions standards across seven themes, including individualized services and supports, effective services and supports, and safe services and supports.
The Senior Social Services Director will also be responsible for leading the implementation of the EASI Tool process, developing and maintaining program plans, and engaging with key stakeholders to ensure a full understanding of program objectives and desired outcomes.
In addition, this role will involve working closely with staff, modernized services managers, service users, and other support networks to ensure the effective and efficient day-to-day operation of the service.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders. They will also have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services that meet the needs of service users.
