Crisis Management and Intelligence Specialist

This is a challenging role that involves monitoring real-time data and researching emerging threats to provide expert guidance and advisory services to clients.
- Act as a communications hub for the crisis and incident response team, coordinating with external risk management partners and providing initial emergency response support.
- Monitor CCTV and access control systems for alerts across multiple regional offices.
- Oversee traveller accountability and provide credentialing support for EMEA offices, ensuring the safety and well-being of all personnel during incidents.
- Provide High-Risk Country Travel Advisories and conduct intelligence assessments for regional special events as necessary.
The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication and coordination abilities, and be proficient in Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) research and report writing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of proven experience in security analysis, risk management, crisis response, or a related field.
- Strong investigative mindset and ability to assess and prioritize risks.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities, coupled with a sense of urgency and reactiveness in high-pressure situations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong skills in document creation, communication, and collaboration.
