As a key member of the IT team, the SAP Basis & DBA Specialist will collaborate closely with other teams to ensure that the platform is secure, performs well, and is always available. This involves close collaboration with our partner and managing operational aspects of the managed service provider relationship.

  • This includes designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's SAP Landscape, as well as ensuring the organization's SAP systems are secure, perform well, and are always available.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing data backup and disaster recovery plans for the SAP environment
  • Monitoring and optimizing the performance of the SAP systems, identifying and resolving any issues
  • Implementing and maintaining security protocols and access controls for the SAP systems
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant data privacy and protection regulations for SAP systems

Key Requirements:

">
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5 years experience as an SAP Basis administrator or DBA
  • Oracle experience with familiarity of database design and upgrades, coding and performance tuning
  • SAP Basis administration skills, along with database management languages
