Coastal Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in professional cookery and be able to work effectively as part of a high-performing team. They will be responsible for assisting the head chef and sous chefs during service, helping with kitchen health and hygiene procedures, and cooking food to order.

The successful candidate will be an important part of our kitchen team and will contribute to delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests. They will be expected to maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
