We are seeking a motivated and friendly individual to join our team as a Hospitality Services Associate. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
\Main Responsibilities\- \
- Serve guests in a professional manner ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction\
- Maintain cleanliness levels in food and beverage outlets consistently meeting health and safety standards\
- Deal with customer complaints efficiently resolving issues in a fair and timely manner\
- Prepare table set ups as directed by the management team to provide an exceptional dining experience\
- Support the management team in maintaining high standards throughout the hospitality venue

- Available to work Monday to Sunday and flexible with hours to meet business demands\
- Outgoing personality and a guest-focused approach with excellent communication skills\
- Barista experience is not necessary but desirable
