
Optimizing Customer Success

As a Customer Service Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the efficiency of processes and workflows within the customer success organization.
Key Responsibilities- Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to increase productivity and reduce errors.
- Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers through various channels, ensuring high-quality interactions and resolving issues efficiently.
- Order Management: Manage orders accurately from start to finish, including standard orders, samples, and lab orders, while maintaining accurate records in the relevant ERP system.
- Documentation: Issue quotations, order acknowledgments, returns, credit and debit notes, as well as DA's and notifications, in a clear and concise manner.
- Quality Assurance: Verify orders received through the OCR queue or webstore, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Export and Import Handling: Take care of export and import activities, including pricing-related tasks, to ensure smooth operations.
- Customer Onboarding: Initiate new customers by creating data and triggering item creation, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences.
- Master Data Management: Update customer master data and information records through SAP, while providing copies of certifications and documents as needed.
- Document Control: Handle document control, CMIR, and shipping instructions effectively.
- Internal Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including SCM, Ops, Quality, and Shared Services teams.
- Supply Chain Collaboration: Liaise with plants and wider supply chain to identify solutions when customer-requested dates cannot be met.
