Localisation QA Specialist - Cork

We are seeking a talented Localisation QA Specialist to join our growing team in Cork, Ireland. As a key member of our software localisation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products for international markets.

About the Role:

  • You will perform localisation testing on software, print documents, help and hardware items.
  • You will report issues found using internal tools, providing pertinent information and suggestions, and following the solution process to its completion.
  • You will analyse international functionality issues.
  • You will work cross-functionally with international software QA centers, engineering teams, translators, and project managers to ensure delivery of world-class products to international markets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Quality assurance of software products for international markets.
  2. Identification and reporting of defects found during localisation testing.
  3. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve product quality.

Qualifications:

  • Native speaker of the language required and a deep understanding of linguistics.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated individual who enjoys breaking down complex problems to find solutions.
