Business Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a Business Transformation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Claims Transformation Team, you will play a crucial role in driving business improvement and innovation across our Claims Department.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Business Analyst with experience in process modelling and stakeholder engagement. You will be responsible for analysing current processes, gathering requirements, identifying gaps, and proposing solutions that enhance operational efficiency and improve customer experience.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and IT teams to drive business transformation and deliver high-quality outcomes. Your experience in Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams will be vital in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, surveys, and workshops to understand business needs and requirements.
  • Analyse existing claims processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable specifications for developers and technical teams.
  • Act as a liaison between the claims department, IT teams, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements and project goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, Change Management or similar role, preferably within the insurance industry or claims domain.
  • Proficient in process modelling techniques and tools, such as BPMN, Visio, or similar.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
