The successful candidate will work closely with the Occupational Therapy Manager to plan, develop, coordinate and evaluate services that cater to the needs of service users and align with the organisation's objectives.
The position entails providing high-quality Occupational Therapy services in designated clinical areas and undertaking various duties such as conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, evaluating patient progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver integrated care.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and demonstrate excellent time management and organisational abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Occupational Therapy Manager to achieve service goals
- Deliver high-quality Occupational Therapy services to service users
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop effective treatment plans, and evaluate patient progress
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to provide integrated care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to evidence-based practice
