The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in industrial automation and possess excellent technical skills to deliver high-quality solutions. Key skills include proficiency in programming languages, knowledge of manufacturing execution systems (MES), and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. A degree in Computer Science or a related field is desired. Strong communication and team collaboration skills are essential for this role.
