Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers feel welcome and valued.
  • Be knowledgeable about our products and services, and be able to answer any questions that customers may have.
  • Ensure that all areas of the store are clean and tidy, and that our stock levels are accurately maintained.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to ensure that we deliver a seamless shopping experience.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and come up with effective solutions.
  • Ability to follow instructions and procedures, and to work within established guidelines.
  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong sense of time management and organization.
