Role Summary:

We are seeking a talented Agribusiness Graduate to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who want to build their career in the fast-paced world of agribusiness.

About the Role:

  • This graduate programme is designed to take you through a series of real-world learning experiences, helping you develop your skills and confidence in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record in agricultural science or a related field, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the agribusiness sector.

Responsibilities:

  1. You will gain experience across the agribusiness category, including business development, branch and direct customer sales, farm development/advisory.
  2. You will work closely with the wider agribusiness commercial teams, advancing your technical experience and gaining the skills and confidence to develop our business through new sales and innovation.
  3. You will develop areas ranging from on-farm nutritional consultancy, technical advisory, and project management.
  4. You will also work on aspects of our retail operations and management, customer service, people management, category management, and logistics.
