Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the full end-to-end employee experience within an international organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Lifecycle: Managing recruitment, onboarding, retention, and exit processes for a workforce of approximately 90 employees.
  • Employee Relations: Supporting managers with practical solutions while handling cases such as disciplinaries and grievances.
  • HR Data & Insights: Producing dashboards and reports on absenteeism, turnover, and engagement – and translating these into meaningful action plans.
  • Policies & Compliance: Keeping HR policies up to date, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, and supporting mandatory training completion.
  • Learning & Development: Driving training needs analysis and supporting staff development opportunities.
  • Absence & Engagement: Leading absence management processes and running surveys to maintain a positive workplace culture.
Requirements:
  • 3 years + hands-on HR experience at Senior Generalist, BP, Manager level
  • CIPD qualified, with strong knowledge of employment legislation
  • Excellent people skills and the ability to build trust across all levels of the business
  • Commercially minded, with experience aligning HR strategy to business goals
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • A self-starter who enjoys autonomy and can balance day-to-day HR needs with longer-term projects
