Job Role

As a key member of our food production team, this role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through the preparation of high-quality deli products and efficient service delivery.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present a wide range of fresh food items, including sandwiches, rolls, and hot dishes, ensuring accurate portion control and presentation.
  • Cook, prepare, and display food products throughout the day, adhering to strict quality standards.
  • Ensure that all food displays are visually appealing and meet our high standards at all times.
  • Develop and share knowledge of food products with customers, providing recommendations and engaging in meaningful conversations.
  • Respond efficiently and professionally to customer queries and concerns, resolving issues promptly and fairly.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • A passion for quality food and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food industry, is an advantage.
  • HACCP training is desirable but not essential.
