
Guest Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly organised and people-focused professional to lead our team in creating unforgettable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Overall responsibility for successful operation of the front desk and reception area
- Oversee all front office operations including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, timeline management, and guest queries
- Lead and inspire the front of house team
- Work closely with revenue management to ensure room and bed allocation optimisation
- Maintain high standards of service, organisation and presentation
- Drive ancillary sales in the department (travel shop items, tour tickets, etc.)
- Minimum 2 years experience in front office leadership role
- Proven track record in revenue management and commercial acumen
- Strong knowledge of hospitality market trends and competitor landscape
- Proficiency with hotel PMS and revenue management systems
- Excellence in guest service and complaint resolution
