Aviation Heavy Maintenance Director

The Assistant Director of Heavy Maintenance will lead the vision of the department with senior management, projecting a strong leadership presence with a commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
They will act positively, cooperatively, efficiently, and expediently in carrying out all orders, directives, and requests from senior management.
A key responsibility is leading Contract and Agreement negotiations between the airline and Heavy Maintenance Service Providers.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years' experience in maintenance of large aircraft and two years' experience in a supervisory capacity.
A good working knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations is essential, as is experience with budgetary management, administration, and control.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that decisions made and actions taken are in the best interest of the airline.
