About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned production professional to oversee manufacturing processes and lead high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement efficient production processes, ensuring quality, scalability, and productivity.
  • Maintain and improve standard operating procedures for consistent and safe production.
  • Manage and mentor production teams while promoting accountability and ongoing development.
  • Develop and oversee production schedules and staffing plans to meet delivery and quality targets.
  • Lead efforts to reduce waste and improve workflow through lean manufacturing principles.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a production management role, preferably within electro-mechanical or custom-built industrial equipment environments.
  • Practical experience applying lean principles and 5S methodology.
  • Familiarity with metal fabrication is an advantage.
