Customer Experience Specialist

This role is for a Customer Experience Specialist who will deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales within a retail store. The ideal candidate will be motivated, personable, and have a passion for delivering results.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

">">Delivering excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and matching them to products and services;">Taking ownership of customer issues and resolving them in a patient and professional manner;">Promoting customer self-service through the My3 app and encouraging customers to take ownership of their accounts;">Driving sales within the store by selling products and services in an approachable and personable manner;">Working closely with colleagues to achieve team targets and provide support and motivation to each other;">Liaising with the wider business to provide prompt solutions to customers;">Continuously looking for improvements in processes or services and having the confidence to put forward recommendations;">Demonstrating responsibility for data protection policies and ensuring all administration is carefully completed and filed in the correct manner;">Meeting store standards by replenishing stock, re-organising displays, and maintaining the cleanliness and positive reputation of the store.">

Required skills and qualifications for this role include:

">">Previous experience in a retail, sales, or customer-service based role;">Flexibility around working hours, including evenings and weekends;">A keen interest in technology and a desire to learn with excellent communication skills;">Confident and sociable teamwork skills with the ability to work towards individual and team goals;">A strong attention to detail and good negotiating skills.">
