About the Role- Job Summary: Provide exceptional administrative support to senior directors, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and enabling them to focus on strategic objectives.
- Responsibilities:
- Manage complex diaries, coordinating travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments.
- Identify process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and external representatives.
- Liaise with colleagues nationally and internationally to ensure cohesive team support.
- Organize internal meetings, book meeting rooms, and arrange catering requirements.
- Qualifications: Professional qualification (e.g., EPAA) or desire to achieve it.
- Experience: Previous experience at an executive level (+5 years) with excellent PA skills.
- Skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Office software.
