This is a challenging and rewarding role for an Operational Excellence Professional to join our site in Sligo. We are seeking a talented individual who can contribute to the advancement of Operational Excellence principles and practices across the site.

• Maintain and continuously improve elements of the site's Operational Excellence program, including Manufacturing Operating System (MOS) Tier Reviews, Sitewide 6S Program, and weekly Problem-Solving RCA Hub.
• Promote and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the site by leading & executing improvement projects, problem solving activities, and Kaizen events using OpEx and Lean tools.
• Lead multifunctional collaboration to deliver high-impact and sustainable business results.
• Gain Green Belt certification and progress to delivering site training for Yellow Belt, RCA, and 6S tools.
• Use digital tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps to support improvement initiatives.
• Function as a Change Agent to influence and inspire employees to engage with OpEx & identify opportunities to apply lean techniques, tools, and philosophies.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Manufacturing, Engineering, Science, or Quality discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in an equivalent role, preferably in an OpEx, Continuous Improvement, or Manufacturing environment.
• Lean Six Sigma or other Process Improvement methodologies experience.
• Power BI/Power Automate/Power App experience is an advantage.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
