Clinical Operations Specialist
Our organization requires the development and delivery of bespoke clinical operations to ensure the competence of healthcare professionals and support staff. The Clinical Operations Specialist will provide oversight, support, direction, and training in relation to organizational policies and procedures, across all aspects of our service users' clinical operations needs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training supports for community staff teams, ensuring safe and holistic healthcare assessment processes and clinical risk management strategies. They will also support the development and implementation of clinical compliance standards across all services, including HIQA designated centres, home support, and adult services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver bespoke clinical operations to assure the competence of healthcare professionals and support staff
- Provide oversight, support, direction, and training in relation to organizational policies and procedures
- Develop and deliver training supports for community staff teams, ensuring safe and holistic healthcare assessment processes and clinical risk management strategies
- Support the development and implementation of clinical compliance standards across all services
