Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
  • Leadership experience, guiding and motivating teams.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing concepts, quality standards, and GDP/GMP regulations.
  • Continuous improvement and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on mentoring and project participation.
  • Expertise in materials management, SAP implementation, and supply chain operations.
