AQMetrics is seeking a skilled Compliance Risk Specialist to support our Operations team in ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance policies and procedures to mitigate risks. This includes providing legal guidance on contracts, NDAs, and client agreements, as well as identifying and proposing corrective action plans to address compliance issues.

  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
  • Provide legal guidance on contracts and agreements
  • Identify and propose corrective action plans
  • Conduct training programs to promote awareness of compliance requirements
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date on evolving laws and regulations

In addition, the successful candidate will work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure solutions align with legal and regulatory obligations.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field, along with 2-3 years of experience in legal and compliance roles within FinTech, RegTech, or SaaS industries.
