Facilities Hygiene Coordinator

We are seeking a Cleaning Manager to lead our cleaning team in delivering exceptional hygiene standards within a busy retail environment.
The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong organizational and management skills, able to work in partnership with clients and other contractors to meet deadlines and deliver results.
Main Responsibilities- To manage and motivate a team of cleaners working across multiple shifts, promoting a culture of teamwork and cooperation.
- To develop and maintain a successful relationship with the customer to ensure their expectations are met while working to defined specifications.
- To complete audits accurately and on time, carrying out any resolution actions identified within required timescales to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.
- To ensure all staff have the correct uniform and are dressed appropriately to reflect the brand's values.
- To actively identify and encourage the team to improve productive working methods to progress productivity or cleaning standards.
- Strong organisational and management skills in a customer-focused environment, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Experience conducting audits and driving standards, with a focus on quality and consistency.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Flexibility and a willingness to manage change within a diverse working environment.
