Nursing Home Director Job

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Nursing Home Director to join our team. As an Assistant Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for the day-to-day clinical and operational management of our 51-bed nursing home and assisted living facility in Galway.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the DON in ensuring high standards and compliance with HIQA regulations.
  • Manage the nursing staff and lead by example.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Active NMBI registration.
  • Leadership training and/or a management qualification.
  • Postgraduate qualification.
  • 3 years management experience in a healthcare setting.
