Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced pharmacist to take on the role of Supervising Pharmacist in our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to drive excellence in pharmacy care and be part of a supportive team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the dispensary, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. They will also take final responsibility for stock management, including purchasing, ordering, stock management, merchandising, date checking, and stocktaking.

In addition, they will be responsible for ensuring controlled drugs regulations are strictly adhered to and maintaining high standards of pharmacy presentation. The candidate will also drive business within the dispensary and store, as well as proactively driving excellence in customer service throughout the store at all times.

Qualifications and Experience Required
  • Member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland
  • Previous experience in Irish community pharmacy is an advantage but full training will be given to those coming from other backgrounds
  • Proven people management skills
